Young Investigator Award EMIM 2018

Last Friday Marjory Koller was one of the three finalist competing for the young investigator award at the European Molecular Imaging Meeting 2018 in San Sebastian, Spain. During a plenary session she presented our work entitled:

”Quantitative Fluorescence Endoscopy: a new and promising tool to Predict and Evaluate Response to neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy in Locally Advanced Rectal Cancer patients.”

After the three presentations, the jury announced her as the winner of the Young Investigator Award! Marjory: ”Winning this award makes me even more motivated for getting fluorescence imaging widely used in the clinics, not only for detection of disease, but also for selection of the most optimal therapy for the individual patient.
